NiiLartey De Osu is a Neoillusionist Artist based in New York City.  He inaugurated the Way of Neoillusion to encompass all disciplines, concerned with creating a holistic world-vision through Art. 

 

As a Neoillusionist, he is a Multi-Disciplinary Artist adept in working with any media.  The main objective of his work is to convey the Spirit, Essence and Meaning of the subject itself.  De Osu uses material to reveal the immaterial — the medium is used as the tool to extrapolate a particular meaning aimed “to hold, as ‘twere, the mirror up to nature..” as Shakespeare once said.

His muse is not one woman, or two or three — his muse is Life itself; that is why De Osu’s primary subject is The Icon — the face that represents meaning by way of capturing the expression of the moment in its infinite, subtle differentiations and Multiple Perspective Fragmentations.
